Osteopathy is a non invasive and gentle way of detecting and treating imbalances and restrictions within the body which can cause pain and health problems. Using a range of hands on techniques we restore you to your best function and health. 

Osteopathy uses an indepth knowledge of anatomy and physiology as well as highly trained palpation to asses and treat the cause of many issues including;

  • Headaches,
  • Sinus problems,
  • Muscle pain, 
  • Sports injuries

Cranial Osteopathy is great for use with babies and children as well as during pregancy. Cranial osteopathy can help treat conditions such as;

  • Colic,
  • Reflux,
  • Indigestion,
  • Poor latching,
  • Sleep issues

Osteopaths complete a minimum of 4 years training in university including a minimum of 2000 hours of clinical experience. All Osteopaths must be registered  with the Osteopathic Council of Ireland (OCI) which is the regulatory body for Osteopaths in Ireland. As such patients can claim up to 50% of the treatment fee back through health insurance or a percentage back in tax.
