Back at the beginning of July, I was unbelievably lucky to win a competition through @michelle_mc_nulty for @ultimatehealth.ie for €500 worth of treatments. I made my appointment and went for my first consultation to decide what treatments would be most suitable for me.
As many of you know, I've been on a pretty successful weight loss journey for about a year and a half now and decided I wanted to focus on some treatments that would support that journey.
I met with the spectacular Caroline Danaher who owns the Ultimate Health Clinic and who I have to say is one of the kindest people I've had the good fortune to meet. Caroline and I spoke about my situation and agreed that the best option for me would be a good intolerance test, body composition testing and a full course of colonic irrigation.
I came in the following week and had my mind blown as Caroline came to speak to me to tell me that she had decided that she really wanted to support my journey and more than doubled the value of my prize by gifting me further treatments of a full course of Body Sculpting and Colonics
I have 2 sessions of each left and the overall change in my mind and body have been amazing. The food intolerance testing helped to identify some issues with food that I was unaware of and have now worked to fix. The body composition assessment showed me that my body has a huge amount of muscle and very dense bones which was great confirmation that I'm in a good place with my health even though I've a lot more weight to lose. There is so much to that assessment for weight, water, fat, etc that I would 100% recommend it to people. It gave me a great insight as to where I am and what I need to focus on moving forward.
As for the colonics and body sculpting. What can I say? The colonics are understandably not a treatment people would probably jump at but Caroline explained that people can hold up to 28lbs of waste in them that's literally trapped and I now believe that!! The "swelling" in my stomach is gone. I'm no longer bloated or sore and am so happy that I was recommended these treatments.
I've had such an amazing experience and I'm so grateful to Caroline and her staff.
