Caroline Danaher who has over 25 years experience in the complimentary health sector. Caroline is an Integrative Colon Hydrotherapist and due to her many years of experience in the natural health field she strives to help her clients attain the best possible results on their journey to wellbeing.
She has acquired specialist qualifications from Harley Street, London and Halifax, Yorkshire.
In addition to being registered as a colonic hydrotherapist, she is a qualified allergist, parasitologist and nutritional therapist. Other services include detox, liver flush and weight loss consultation. Caroline is registered with ARCHTI (The Association of Registered Complementary Health Therapists of Ireland) and is currently 1 of only 2 on the ARCHTI website in the Republic Of Ireland.
Caroline recognises the daily anxieties and stresses than can build up to my tensions and illnesses in the body.
She believes that with some adjustments to the diet and lifestyle through a method of tuition and direction with the necessary tools can help a person to go forward and re-balance their life. This simply directs our systems towards optimum health.Her drive and enthusiasm for a “healthy body and a healthy mind” approach is infectious and has proved to be extremely popular with guests and clients of all ages.Our philosophy and inspiration is born from our holistic wellness beliefs and wealth of experience, developing healthy habits, making better choices and seeing positive results.

Caroline holds a certificate in Phlebotomy - a nationally recognised and accredited award with the Open College Network. She has recently qualified in Cryolipolysis fat freeze, cavitation and radio frequency operator.
Olive is from Ennis but has lived in Australia for the last four years.
She is also a qualified Dramatherapist, Attunement therapist & Published Health Researcher with a Bachelor's of Science in the Social Sciences & a Masters degree in Dramatherapy.
After years of studying the psychological & social impacts of trauma & how it impacts the body, she is passionate about multidisciplinary holistic approaches to healing and wellness. Specifically, the impact of Gut Health on overall health.
Having worked in the wellness industry for the last three years, she's very excited to share her learning, connect with clients at Ultimate Health, continue to learn and empower others on their healing journey🦋
James Conner is a retired US Marine. Having served 20 years he worked in special operations and counterintelligence.
Now a 3rd year student of Sports and Exercise Science at the University of Limerick, James has a passion for bringing a holistic approach to fitness, health, and wellness to the clients he works with.

On top of his academic studies, James is currently pursuing certifications in Tactical Strength and Conditioning from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (US), Tajifit Tai Chi, and Corrective Exercise Specialist.
An avid consumer of information, James enjoys diving into literature promoting exercise and nutritional interventions for brain injuries, inflammation, gut health, and recovery, and has obtained multiple certificates of accomplishment from courses taken through universities around the globe to include Monash University in Australia and Trinity College Dublin.
Lastly James is an amateur athlete, having competed in multiple long distance running races in the US and Europe, and currently plays as a running back for the University of Limerick Vikings, Limerick’s only American football team.
James is a firm believer that we are all responsible for our own health and he finds great joy and excitement in coaching others along their journey to take back control of their health.
