When you come into our Clinic, Ultimate Health, please know that we are taking every precaution to protect You and Ourselves...

We will do a phone consultation with you prior to your Appointment.

When you reach the clinic for your appointment, please wait in the car until you receive a call from the clinic to enter.

There will be a sterilization point where you will be asked to use hand sanitizer.

Your temperature will be taken with a thermometer.

You will then be given foot protection.

You will be guided to a treatment room.

You will then be asked to sanitize your hands.

The therapist and staff will be wearing protective clothing and face shields.

Before you leave the treatment room you will be asked to sanitize your hand again.

When you exit the clinic we disinfect and sterilise the treatment Room, as we always do.

All clients are asked to bring their own towels, please discuss with the clinic what size.

Please note people under 18 can bring one adult with them and he/she will have to adhere to covid policy at the Ultimate Health Clinic.

Steam Sanitation will be carried out daily In the clinic.
